The Hellinikon urban development is a large-scale empty area within the Attica Urban Complex. The proposal is an attempt to restore continuity with new urban functions. The spine of the project is a set of multi-purpose spaces which can host activities that attract the public. The main building area is the conference and exhibition center. An artificial lake is formed in direct connection to the conference center. A research and information center is also being set up around the sea and marine life, which includes exhibition, leisure and aquarium areas.
