Design : 2014
The new four-family house was designed on a sloping plot overlooking the northern Evia and Loukisia plain. This area is a tourist destination with luxury cottages. Double-height spaces and interlocking volumes shape the architectural identity of the building.
The building has a bioclimatic design due to the installed passive heating system from the sun and the natural cooling ventilation system. In addition to meeting the functional needs of the family, the design aims at the special requirements for spatial quality in the indoor and outdoor space and the building formation.
For the project above, the architectural design and supervision was done.
