Design / construction : 1994/1996

A neoclassical 1880 building in Patras, Peloponnese, has been declared as a listed building by the Ministry of Culture. It was damaged in the 1993 earthquake, especially on the top floor and roof. The main work is the replacement of the roof, and reinforcement of the load-bearing masonry exterior.

This work required the removal and new construction of the entire exterior neoclassical decoration. The studies of the depiction were approved by the Ministry of Culture.
In the above project, the study and construction took place.
