The plot is located at the town plan of “Skroponeria” in Anthidona region, Evia. It is situated on sloping ground with a view to the north. Despite the low building density on the properties in front of the plot, the property has an unobstructed view of the Evia Gulf thanks to the steep slope of the ground.

The entrance to each building is from the western side, which is at the highest level, through an entrance-reception area, which is covered with a pergola. On the northern facade, the living areas, living room-dining room, and kitchen will be created, taking advantage of the sea view, as well as the large bedroom. On the southern side, there will be a bathroom and a w.c., as well as the staircase with the elevator, which lead to level 1, located at the lower level.

The outdoor areas of the residence extend across the entire plot on two levels. In this way, a unified outdoor space is created around each building, which will also include a swimming pool.
