Spiros Pappas is an architect engineer with experience in architectural design and project construction. He studied Architectural Engineering at the University of Athens and holds a Master in Architectural Design (The Bartlett, UCL), graduating with distinction, as well as an MSc in Lighting Design (Hellenic Open University).

Irene Kalatheri
Architect Engineer, University of Athens- Urban Planner | Class C Energy Inspector
Irene Kalatheri is architect engineer and urban planner with extensive experience in the design and supervision of construction projects. She graduated from the National Technical University of Athens, earning her degree in Architecture, and completed her postgraduate studies in “Architecture – Spatial Design,” specializing in Urban and Regional Planning.
She is also highly knowledgeable in urban planning legislation, with expertise in land registration, energy inspections and building regulation compliance.
With a strong focus on detail and innovative design, Irene delivers comprehensive and forward-thinking solutions for every project she undertakes.

2014

The Archaeological Museum of Chalkida antiquities exhibition.
Housed within the newly restored, historic Arethousa Museum building, the antiquities exhibition will showcase remarkable artifacts in carefully designed displays and cases, thoughtfully curated to preserve and highlight the cultural heritage of the region.
We are thrilled to announce that we have received a construction permit from the Athens Museum Council for the design and installation of the antiquities exhibition at the Archaeological Museum of Chalkida.
2016

Our office won the third prize in the architectural competition as a team with Kizis Architects
Restoration of the Municipal Market of Chalkida and the attached square.
The main purpose of our proposal is to restore the Municipal Market to the original scheme, and to offer new experiences of public space, having the old market as a major landmark.
The main interventions are:
- Reconstruction of the square and the market, in order to make a trade and recreation area both in front of the Municipal Market and in the surrounding area.
- Areas with tall deciduous trees surrounding the low green area.
- Basements utilization in the center of the Municipal Market and construction of a rooftop with solar panels.
2018

Two new projects got a building permit
Two new houses took building permit and started to get built.
2019

The renovation of an apartment in Kifissia has been completed
An 80’s apartment building in the center of Kifissia has been converted in 2019 into a modern residence.

2020

Our office undertook new projects in 2020
Our office in 2020 was successful undertaking interesting projects. We issued the building permit and were assigned the construction supervision.
