Design / construction : 2020/2021

Our office completed the construction of a floor addition on a three-storey building. The extension is made to serve the needs of the 3rd floor apartment. This addition is accessible from the underlying property via an internal staircase. The connection was made by removing part of the intermediate slab.
The location of the building, the sea view and the orientation were the main design objectives. The extension addeds space to the house on a large terrace, transforming the empty space to a “Roof garden” in front of the house.
