Design : 2018

The purpose of the design for the residential complex takes advantage of the south orientation of the plot and the view to the sea. The plot is sloping, facing the northern Evian gulf. The house with separate access from the upper road is designed with extensive glazing to the south courtyard and the view to the sea, contrary to the view to the street which is designed with solid elements.
The two houses in the south were designed to have independent access from the road to the south side.
